How to charge cell phone without charger?

A man from Siria discovred a new way how to charge mobile phones without charger and even without electricity.

You should have:

• a cup of water
• two batteries
• usb cable

How to charge mobile phones without charger:

1. Put the battery in the cup with watter
2. Let them stay there 1 hour
3. Put the USB connector of the USB cable in watter  with batteries
4. Connect the mobile phone
