Philips V816

The smartphone series of the Philips Company was enlarged by V816 model with two slots for SIM cards, supporting simultaneous work in two mobile nets (GSM 900/1800/1900 MH). It is incredible but true: the smartphone is managed by the operational system Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional which is long abandoned by mobile phone producers. But why?

Philips V816 has 3,2 inches resistible sensor TFT display with resolution 480x800 pixels (WVGA), 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus and flash, modules Bluetooth 2.1+EDr and Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g), GPS receiver, 180 MB built in memory, MicroSD format card slot, 3,5 mm slot for the headphones. Battery of 1530 mAc provides the smartphone with up to 16 hours autonomous work in talk time regime and up to a month in stand by regime. The model dimensions are 111x55x13,9 mm. Philips V816 sales will begin before the end of the first quarter 2011.
