Americans will start sending lawsuits to Apple in 2009

It is not a secret that the Apple iPhone battery is made for 300 cycles of charging and recharging after which it becomes useless. The battery replacement by the user at the moment is impossible die to the difficulty of the process and the absence of the batteries on sale.

In Europe the situation is easier: all the Apple iPhone are used without the necessary permissions and licenses and this leads to complete lack of any guarantees.
