INQ is going to release Facebook smartphones

The rumors that the Facebook social net and INQ Mobile Company are working on two smartphones have existed since September last year. And finally the partners presented to the world the results of their cooperation. As it was expected, these are two communicators - Cloud Touch and Cloud Q. the first one is equipped with 3,5 inches sensor display and the second one with 2,6 inches touch screen and QWERTY keypad. Both devices are based in 600 MH processor Qualcomm, they also have 5 mega pixel camera, FM tuner, GPS receiver and MicroSD card slot. WI-Fi and 3G nets work is supported. Operational system Google Android 2.2 (Froyo) is used as the programming platform. The main novelties peculiarity is the close integration with Facebook services. The "home" screen can reflect new posts, friends' status in the social nets and other information. One click can provide access to chat and instant messages system. Besides, the smartphones provide easy and convenient access to calendar, Facebook service and other services. One more peculiarity is the original approach to Wi-Fi connection organization. Using the GPS receiver data the smartphones remember the saved information and automatically turn off Wi-Fi module when the connection is impossible and automatically turn it on when it is possible. This allows saving battery efficiency.

Spotify music service is preinstalled in the communicators. If the INQ Facebook smartphones user does not have necessary subscription, it can be used to play the user's music and synchronize music collection with the computer. The smartphones will be sold together with the mobile operator contracts.
