Google and T-Mobile officially announced that T-Mobile Google Nexus One indeed has problems with 3G nets connection quality. As both companies declared at present their specialists are executing a detailed investigation on this matter to find out why this Android Phone from Google automatically drops the data transfer speed in third generation nets (3G) to EDGE (2G). Besides T-Mobile is requesting other 3G phone users to take part on comparative testing.

We should remind that T-Mobile Google Nexus One was officially presented on January 5th, but on January 7th the users started writing to the Google technical support forum complaints about insufficient connection quality in 3G nets from T-Mobile. The situation is worsened by the fact that Google offers technical support only via electronic mail. It is strange but the results of T-Mobile Google Nexus One has this kind of problem.
It should be mentioned that iPhone also had similar problems but in 3G nets from AT&T. But according to some experts the roots of this problem go down to net overload, others thinks the reason is the imperfection of smartphone software. Regarding T-Mobile Google Nexus One, we are hoping to soon find out what the problem is.
