The researches showed that 85% of people do not use all the phone functions.

An interesting investigation was published by s o f t p e d i a dot com. According to 4000 questioned people about 85% does not know about some phone functions their device has and accordingly are not using them.

According to them the problem is that modern phones are harder to understand since the producers invent more phone functions for mobile phones every year. At the same time 95% of the questioned told that would gladly use all the phone functions and services if their setting had not been so complicated. So what conclusions can we make? The users just do not want to study the new phone functions. Or the new smartphoens and communicators indeed became so "cool" that it is hard to penetrate into all their phone functions? Most probably people do not want to spend more time on studying the functions and the users refuse to use them. Since most phone functions are included in the device price, most people simply overpay the device
