Five countries where mobile communications are most expensive.

The research company Informa Telecoms& Media made a list of 186 countries basing on the cost of the cellular services of mobile operators.

The experts noted the countries depending on the cost of an average package of cellular services including 25 phone calls and 30 SMS messages.

The leader of the list is Kuwait where the monthly fee for the cellular services is $75,18. Two mobile operators function on the territory of the country – Kuwait Mobile Telecommunications and Wataniva Telecom. More than 2,3 million of inhabitants of this country are suing the cellular services. More than 2,6 million people live in the country and the average year profit is $26 thousand.

Sierra-Leone mobile operator is on the second place. Each user of the cellular services of this African country pays in general $71,9 a month. The mobile operators – Celtel, Comium, Millicom, Africell – provide the cellular services to more than 5,6 million people, the yearly profit of which is approximately estimated as $240.

The third place is occupied by mobile operators of Georgia. In order to use the cellular services the inhabitants of this county need to pay monthly $44,09. more than 1,7 million of Georgian people are using cellular services of mobile operators Geocell and Magticom. The population of Georgia is about 4,5 million people who make approximately $1,5 thousand a year.

The fourth place belongs to French Polynesia, where monthly wage for using cellular services is $37,46. This island country is covered by the net of the mobile operator Tikiphone SA which offers its cellular services to more than 152 thousands of users from the French Polynesia. About 278,9 thousand people reside in the country. Their yearly wage is about $18 thousand.

France is on the fifth place. The Frenchmen pay for the mobile communications about $30 a month. The biggest mobile operators in the country are Orange, SFR, Bouvgues telecom. More than 53 million Frenchmen are using cellular services. The population of France -61 million people – earn an average amount of $36,5 thousand.
