Will the T-Mobile owner buy Sprint Nextel?

According to the analytical company Merrill Lynch the German corporation Deutsche Telekom which owns already the largest European net operator T-Mobile can acquire also the American operator Sprint Nextel.

In the report published last Thursday the company experts confirm that Deutsche Telekom, the world's six telephone connection provider, can get the control over Sprint Nextel regardless of the operational difficulties and the low rate of the latter on the American mobile market. According to their calculations Sprint can become the instrument in the "price" war against T-Mobile which is considered the "low budget alternative" among the five leading American operators. "according to the scenario of the price war we suppose that T-Mobile will come across a great opposition and the Deutsche Telekom will have the strengthen its market positions by means of company union" is reported by Merrill Lynch.

But at the given moment the analytics do not have any information about the companies union.

It should be mentioned that last week Spring made its services more convenient adding to the plan "Simply Everyhting" (99,99 dollars a month) additional services in data transfer and voice transfer.

The last union of Spring with its rival Nextel does not seem like a good project today because of the operational and financial failures. According to many experts, additional difficulties were created by the parallel development of the already existing net Sprint and new wide format WiMAX Xohm 4G Nextel.

The analytics of Merrill lynch noted that more reasons for the TMobile could be considered the low action cost and the American dollar low rate.

i work for sprint and i think this would be a great decission that would make (sprint t-mobile) (mobile sprint ) a great company think of the possibilities
