Samsung announced new AMOLED flip phone, Samsung W690

The South Korean Corporation Samsung announced about the release on the home market of its new mobile phone with the index name SCH-W690. the novelty is made in the form factor of the flip phone and will appear on sale in the national mobile operator SK Telecom in two color solutions: back and white.

Samsung W690 presents a phone in the medium price diapason. It is compatible with the nets of the second and third generation nets (GSM and UMTS accordingly). The phone Samsung W690 is equipped with two displays made with the help of AMOLED technology: inner 2,6 inches with resolution 240x320 pixels and reflecting 262 thousand colors and outer 1,5 inches with resolution 128x128 pixels and two mega pixel camera, GPS receiver, wireless Bluetooth controller and music player.

The battery is 800 mAc of W690, the dimensions are 101x51,6x16,95 mm, the weight is 123 grams. There is no information if the phone Samsung W690 will be sold in other countries besides South Korea
