In the next month in Europe (and on other markets in June) the South Korean Samsung Corporation is going to start the release of its new thin smartphone( Samsung i200) which was first presented on the Mobile World Conference 2008 in February.

The new Samsing i200 is very compact with the width of only 11,8 mm. It operates under the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6,1, is equipped with 2,3 inches digital display with the QVGA resolution, two mega pixel photo camera, Bluetooth controller, music player, microSD flash card slot. Samsung i200 can be operated with the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). The HSDPA protocol is supported with the data transfer speed of 3,6 mega bytes per second, but nothing is mentioned about the wireless Wi-Fi nets. It should be noted that Samsung i200 supports the firm Samsung technology which allows to automatically choosing the display and keypad lighting level depending on the lightning around. This allows economizing Samsung i200 battery.

Samsung i200 producer did not present the information about the price.
