Samsung i8510 – a powerful smartphone with 8 mega pixel camera and 16 MB memory
It looks like by the end of the year on the mobile market in the segment of the phones equipped with 8 MP CMOS modules is going to be hot. Information about a promising novelty from Samsung appeared on one Vietnamese blog. According to this information slider Samsung i8510 presents a modern Symbian S60 smartphone with 8 MP camera and 16 GB flash memory.
Samsung i8510 camera has auto focus, xenon flash and is able to record video with the speed 120 cadres a second with the QVGA resolution. It should be mentioned that Samsung i8510 will become the first smartphone with S60 platform that will offer its users 8 mega pixel camera. Samsung i8510 memory size can be 8 or 16 Gb (depending on the model). Communicators Samsung i900 Omnia ans iPhone 3G are also sold in two versions with the same memory size.
Taking into consideration that Samsung i8510 found some place for the 2G and 3,5G nets receiver, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS modules, TV-out, optical mouse the device is rather interesting and is able to become a strong rival to Finnish flagman Nokia N96 and 8MP cameraphone Sony Ericsson C905. It should be mentioned, that by the end of the year 8 MP phones LG KC910 AND Motorola Alexander (code name) should appear.
